About MMHM

According to Mental Health America, Georgia is number 51 for access to mental health care in America.

The aim of this program is to address the access issue in our community. Our goal is to firmly place Macon as a leader in addressing this issue. Inability to pay for this care should not be a barrier to obtaining access to care.

The Macon Mental Health Matters (MMHM) initiative services include mental health counseling for both individuals and families, financial counseling, conflict resolution, non-traditional mental health activities (yoga, pop-up gyms, training, parenting/IECMH, etc.)
