Professional Training

To have a mentally healthy community, it is important to equip our members with the proper tools. That is why MMHM provides free or low-cost training on peer support, life skills coaching, and community education to professionals or individuals that are eager to learn specific topics that enhance the quality of life of Macon-Bibb citizens.

Mental Wellness Services

At MMHM we have coined the term Mental Wellness as an intentional journey and commitment to growth, and being mentally healthy. Mental Wellness Services are non-traditional counseling sessions that take a holistic approach equipping individuals with the proper tools to live a mentally healthy lifestyle.
