🌟 Therapist Consultations: Our certified therapists will be on hand to provide one-on-one consultations, offering guidance and support for your mental health journey.

🧘‍♀️ Yoga and Meditation: Discover the power of mindfulness and relaxation with rejuvenating yoga and meditation sessions led by experienced instructors.

🥁 Drum Circles: Connect with your inner rhythm and let your stress melt away in our therapeutic drum circle sessions.

🍏 Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Giveaways: We believe that a healthy body supports a healthy mind. Receive fresh, locally sourced fruits and vegetables to nourish your body and soul.
