About the Event
For the rest of the year, we will be focusing on Seasonal Affective  Disorder
Seasonal affective disorder or SAD is defined as a type of depression that happens at the same time each year. It can start in the fall and continue throughout the winter months. Like other forms of depression, there are treatments that show effectiveness in managing symptoms.
