Knitting is a place of centering our thoughts.
Notes from Facilitator:
"I love that as I release all my troubles into the needles and yarn I have something productive to help me in the end. Whether it's a hat, dishcloth, a pair of socks, or a whole sweater, knitting helps to center me and collect my thoughts. I'm about to be productive and release my troubles. Knitting is a form of creativity, but also productivity. I can simply be social by sitting with others doing the same thing. I can talk and visit, but I don't have to. It's a way to be social without having to talk."
