Are you ready to embark on a journey of connection and emotional well-being? Macon Mental Health Matters, in partnership with the Washington Memorial Library, invites you to our Knitting Club events, a unique fusion of crafting and mental healthcare.

What to Expect:
No prior knitting experience is necessary! Whether you're a seasoned yarn enthusiast or a complete beginner, you're welcome to join us. Our instructor Paige Reeves will teach knitting, crochet, loom knitting, and finger knitting, making it a perfect opportunity to learn or refine your skills.
Knitting and crafting have been proven to be therapeutic activities that reduce stress, enhance focus, and promote relaxation. By combining these creative pursuits with professional mental healthcare, we create a holistic approach to self-care and mental well-being.
