Why Knitting and Counseling?

Crafting, particularly knitting, has been recognized as a therapeutic activity that can alleviate symptoms of depression and anxiety. It's a creative outlet that fosters relaxation and focus while providing a sense of accomplishment. By combining the art of knitting with counseling support, we offer a holistic approach to healing.

Expert Facilitators:

Our sessions are co-facilitated by Ross Peery and Paige Reeves, experienced professionals who understand the challenges of managing depression and anxiety. They create a safe and nurturing environment for participants to share, learn, and grow.

Weekly Support:

These meetings occur every Monday, providing consistent and reliable support for individuals dealing with depression and anxiety. Except for holidays, we're here to help you navigate your mental health journey within this therapy group.

Join Us:

Whether you're an experienced knitter or have never picked up a pair of needles, everyone is welcome. Come connect with others who understand and share your struggles. Together, we'll craft our way to better mental health.
